Since January 2014, Archive-IT has been ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified. A certification that is indispensable nowadays. Working with privacy-sensitive information and the protection of this data has come under even greater attention in recent years.
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. NEN 7510 is a standard for information security; specifically aimed at the healthcare sector. Archive-IT has had both certificates since 2014 and we are proud of that.
High demands, nice confirmation!
The Data Leakage Reporting System, which came into force at the beginning of last year, has also contributed to the fact that organisations are placing ever higher demands on their suppliers and partners. And rightly so. Archive-IT processes the personal data of its customers, so the protection of this data must be of the highest level. The ISO 27001/NEN7510 certification is a nice and powerful confirmation of this. A certification that cannot be lacking in our field of expertise.
For Archive-IT, the audit is not an annual stress event. We have a team of internal auditors who continuously monitor and test the procedures within our organisation. They do this both announced and unannounced. This enables us, among other things, to ensure that ISO is interwoven in our organization on a day-to-day basis.
Completed with verve
Each year, an audit is carried out by an external party: BSI. They check whether Archive-IT’s procedures still comply with these standards and whether we are allowed to continue with the certificate. This audit took place on 23 October last and we can proudly state that we carried out this audit with verve and without any non-conformity.
