The process

1. Classification

The first step is to classify documents. Once a document has been digitised, it is analysed and smart technology recognises whether it is a Certificate of Good Behaviour, a permit application or a claim. This data is linked to the document.

2. Extraction and indexation

Once the document has been classified, the necessary information is extracted from the text and then clearly displayed. This process is also referred to as indexing.

3. Validation

After the indexation, the information is validated. During validation, a manual check is carried out to ensure that all information has been processed correctly and that the system also displays the information correctly.

4. Exporteren

Finally, the information is ready to be exported in AIR or your current system.
