Antes, based in the Rotterdam region, is a specialist in psychiatry and addiction treatment. They assist people with mental health issues by providing treatment and support. Formed in 2012 through the merger of Delta Psychiatric Centre and Bouman GGZ, Antes has over a century of experience in (addiction) psychiatry.
External Archiving
With a renovation on the horizon, it was essential for Antes to store patient files externally. Since Delta had positive experiences with Jalema in the past, moving to Archive-IT was a natural step. Saskia Spierdijk, Director of the Service Company at Antes, oversaw the project and shares her experience.
Safety First
Saskia explains: “We needed the space where the archive was located to make room for a renovation. The renovation was planned within a relatively short timeframe, so speed was one of our key requirements. Moreover, file security was crucial. Given the highly confidential patient data, it was vital to store the files in a secure environment. Archive-IT was able to provide both the speed we needed and the secure storage, so the choice was quickly made."
