Automatic Invoice Recognition

I-Flow 365 is an intelligent tool that recognises invoices using AI, whether they are received physically or digitally. Emails containing invoices are automatically detected and forwarded to the software, which identifies the invoice based on key details such as the IBAN or order number. The creditor details are then retrieved directly from the financial system. Other important information, such as the invoice amount, invoice number, and invoice date, is also automatically extracted.

Integration with Your Financial System

Once recognised, invoices are forwarded to your financial system via the integration solution, where they are automatically recorded. They are then presented to the user for approval. This reduces manual actions and minimises the risk of errors, making the process both more efficient and faster!
