The Social Fund of Archive-IT donates every quarter to (local) charities, beautiful initiatives, and special actions. We are able to do this because all employees set aside a portion of their profit sharing, which is then doubled by the management. In the second quarter of 2023, we made several donations, which we are happy to inform you about.
AHNEP
AHNEP is an association of pharmacy students committed to helping others, both locally and internationally. Locally, they organize various initiatives to support the most disadvantaged people, providing clothing, hygiene products, and assisting with distribution. Internationally, they collaborate with the SCK association (SOS Cambodian Kids), a group consisting of doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in Cambodia. There, they assist patients, prepare prescriptions, and support the distribution of medical equipment, among other services.
SGO run - Flevoziekenhuis
On May 27, the seventh edition of the SGO run took place. The SGO run teams were formed by emergency departments from across the country. The goal of the run is to raise funds for the Emergency Medicine Research Fund (SGO Fund). These funds are used to support research projects. Our client, Flevoziekenhuis, also participated.
Stichting Maria Auxiliatrix Run
The Maria Auxiliatrix Run Foundation organizes the annual sidecar ride of North Limburg and an unforgettable weekend celebration for people with disabilities. After two years, they are finally able to organize the run again in September. The run is organized for people with disabilities from Zorggroep Venlo, Mytylschool Venlo, Impuls Venlo, and the Disabled Scouting Group Hertog Reinoud Venlo.
ADF Stichting
The ADF Foundation is here for everyone struggling with anxiety and compulsive disorders. They aim to increase understanding and openness. Their goal is to improve mental healthcare. Over 25% of young people aged 12 to 18 suffer from anxiety and compulsive disorders! Due to the stigma surrounding these issues, many do not seek help. Even when they do, there are often long waiting lists or they do not receive the appropriate treatment.
Van Noordkaap naar Sparta - Weerstandsfonds
Three men from Rotterdam are taking on an enormous challenge in August. They will cycle from the North Cape to Sparta, a journey of 10,000 kilometers which they aim to complete in two months. Their mission is to raise as much money as possible for the Weerstandsfonds (Resistance Fund). This fund was established to finance research into immunology and infectious diseases. There is still too little known about the immune system.
