In addition, software is developed to ensure secure digital accessibility. But who does what? And what are the motivations of the team members at Archive-IT? Time for a look behind the scenes.
This month we would like to introduce you to Juul Rovers!
How Did You End Up at Archive-IT?
"I have been working at Archive-IT since 2004. I had just finished my studies and had plans to 'see something of the world.' I started working in the Service department, which allowed me to save money and then travel through Australia and New Zealand for six months. Once I returned, it was time to start 'adult life.' I was still in contact with some people at Archive-IT, and that's how I ended up returning to the Services department. However, when the position of Office Manager became available, I didn’t hesitate for a moment and applied internally."
Can You Tell Us Something About Your Current Position?
"As Office Manager, I am responsible for the organizational and administrative tasks within the company. I handle activities that support the executive secretariat and management. I am responsible for facility management, such as overseeing cleaning services, and I supervise the reception. In addition, I provide support to the HR department. Lastly, I also work in the Sales Support department, where I handle invoicing. In short, I have quite a diverse range of tasks, which means no two days are the same for me. This variety is exactly what makes my job so enjoyable and challenging!"
What Gives You Satisfaction in Your Work?
"When I arrive at work in the morning, in addition to the planned tasks, there are often many unplanned tasks waiting for me. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction when everything is taken care of by the end of the day. I also get a lot of energy from the fact that I collaborate with almost every department in one way or another."

"It’s a great and professional company! I stand behind our services and software and believe that these are solutions that truly create added value for our customers. The great colleagues, the pleasant and informal work atmosphere, and the space for a joke every now and then make me look forward to going to work. An added bonus is the fact that when I leave Archive-IT, I’m in my own kitchen in exactly three minutes and 12 seconds (recently timed)."
