Through the Social Fund, Archive-IT once again donated to various charities, inspiring initiatives and other special causes in the first quarter of 2026. These donations are made possible by setting aside part of the profit distribution by Archive-IT employees themselves. This amount is then doubled by the management of Archive-IT and donated to various causes. This quarter we have once again made several donations that we would like to tell you more about.

Stichting Move

Stichting Move encourages young people to actively contribute to their own neighbourhood and society. Through school projects, students work together with residents and local organisations on concrete solutions for social challenges in their communities. During these projects, young people develop important skills such as teamwork, initiative and responsibility.

Rosa Schleife Erkelenz

Rosa Schleife Erkelenz is an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting people affected by the disease. Through events, campaigns and information initiatives, the organisation aims to highlight the importance of early detection and solidarity with patients and their families.

Voedselbank Midden Limburg

Voedselbank Midden Limburg supports people who temporarily lack the financial resources to provide for their basic needs. The food bank collects food that would otherwise go to waste and distributes it to families and individuals who need it most. Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, donors and partner companies, the organisation is able to provide weekly food packages to people in the region.

Oranje Comité Raamsdonksveer

Oranje Comité Raamsdonksveer organises local events surrounding national celebrations, particularly King’s Day. Activities such as parades, markets, live music and children’s activities create a festive day each year for residents of Raamsdonksveer and the surrounding area.

M.A. Run

The M.A. Run (Maria Auxiliatrix Run) is a special annual event held in North Limburg. During this weekend, people with disabilities enjoy an unforgettable day by riding along in an impressive procession of sidecar motorcycles. The M.A. Run focuses on enjoyment, inclusion and community involvement. For many participants, it is one of the highlights of the year.

Ronald McDonald House Maastricht

Ronald McDonald House Maastricht offers a temporary home for parents and family members of seriously ill children who are receiving treatment in hospital. By staying close to their child, families do not have to worry about travel time or distance and can be there whenever their child needs them.

In addition to practical facilities, the house provides a warm and welcoming environment where families can support one another. Volunteers play an important role in making sure families feel welcome and supported during a difficult period.

Stichting Jade

Stichting Jade supports families with a child affected by childhood cancer. The foundation organises so-called “breathing space moments”: short holidays or stays that allow families to temporarily step away from the intensive hospital treatments and worries.

During these moments, families can relax together and create new memories. The initiative originated from the story of Jade Kops, who was diagnosed with childhood cancer at a young age. Her strength and positivity form the inspiration behind the work of the foundation.

Together we make a difference

We are proud to have been able to support these organisations through our Social Fund. Each of these initiatives makes a valuable contribution to society in its own way. In the coming quarters, we will continue to support social initiatives and contribute to a strong and engaged society. Do you know a foundation or initiative that deserves support?
