In Ukraine, our support is desperately needed at this moment, both for those who have fled and for those who have stayed behind. Millions of people are on the run, families have been separated, and they are living in fear and uncertainty. For these reasons, the Social Fund of Archive-IT has decided to support three initiatives.

Get the Angels Out

The first initiative that Archive-IT supports is Get the Angels Out. This organization stands up for the vulnerable people who are still in Ukraine. They do this by driving themselves to the eastern border of Poland to take Ukrainian refugees to safety in the Netherlands. Of course, they don’t go empty-handed to Ukraine; they bring supplies that the people there can use. While one team is on its way to the Ukrainian border, another strong team is ready in the Netherlands to arrange the reception of these people.

Breath Care For Kids

Archive-IT also supports the organization Breath Care For Kids. This foundation is dedicated to helping vulnerable children, without making any distinction in religion, skin color, origin, or beliefs. Breath For Kids operates in various countries, including Ukraine, and works with local organizations. They provide facilities in the areas of health, education, safety, and mental well-being. The foundation gives children in hopeless situations a chance to build a balanced future. With the war in Ukraine, they are offering additional help to children and also sheltering families in bunkers.

Shirtveiling van VVV-Venlo

VVV-Venlo is also committed to supporting the people in Ukraine through a shirt auction. The match shirts from the game: VVV-Venlo vs. FC Emmen were auctioned for this cause. The special thing about these shirts is that they were auctioned in honor of the 50th anniversary of the De Koel stadium. Archive-IT supported this initiative by purchasing a shirt at the auction. The shirt will be framed and displayed prominently in the company.

You too can suggest charitable causes that could benefit from a one-time donation. These will be reviewed by the Social Fund, and who knows, we may be able to help. Together we are strong! Contact us at sociaalfonds@archive-it.nl.
